Meditation
Inner Landscapes Meditation offers the journeyer a chance to unfold, explore and deepen the greatest relationship we have—the relationship with the whole self.
Through inward journeys into an ever increasing number of landscapes we can open and experience ourselves in a space that allows us expression of each facet of our true nature. As we deepen our inner relationships with Body, mind, soul, self and spirit we grow into our wholeness. Check the events page for times and places.
For the three years that we’ve offered the Inspired Women’s Retreat, Jill has not only been an integral part in the development of the event, she was a hit with the participants at all the events. So many of the participants loved Jill’s meditations for the retreats and would wait in line to talk with Jill personally. Each year Jill developed “raving fans – myself included” from the retreats because of her talent around meditation and energy work. Jill was our keynote speaker for the close of the last retreat. Meditative Journaling
Inner Landscapes Meditative Journaling combines two very insightful processes to allow the journeyer to access their unique creative flow.
Meditative journaling will engage all of your senses and allow you to fully experience the creative force coming through. The experience comes from developing a deep inner relationship with your creative expression or Spirit. Check the events page for class availability.
