Spiritual Ecology Group – Relationships
Day: Sunday, September 19 Time: 1-4pm Monthly: 3rd Sunday
Location: Eagan, MN Bring: Journal Cost: $160.00 Eight 3-hour monthly sessions
Spiritual Ecology is all about relationships! There are seven principals for creating honoring relationships within yourself (body, mind, soul, self) and throughout all of your life (significant others, friends, family, co-workers, etc.)! This group will explore each of the seven principles and unlock the wisdom and mastery of Honoring Relationships.
Most classes will include specific instruction on the Honoring Relationship Principle for the month, a group meditation or exercises in awareness and time to share experiences.
In addition to the monthly meeting we will have a private group blog space to share our experiences with one another as they unfold!
Who Should Come?
- Anyone interested in creating supportive, balanced relationships within themselves and with those people around them.
- Anyone interested in breaking old relationship patterns, inside and out and experiencing joy in their relationships.
- Anyone interested in relating through consciousness instead of through unconsciousness.
I invite you to join us for a fun and interesting look at relationships based in consciousness.
What if I can’t make all of the sessions?
Sessions will be recorded with an MP3 player so that group members can review any session at any time. In addition, I will be available online through a group chat area and by phone if questions arise.
